My First turkey
My family came over on New year's Day and I cooked a turkey dinner for them. My turkey turned out well. I brined it for 24 hours before hand, and I glazed it with butter and honey. Super Delish! I also cooked a Spicy Canadian stuffing with Jalapeno peppers and Sausage. mmmmm. I'm hungry!
