Captain Jake, Spider Killer and his Superkitty.

Once upon a time there sat three ridiculously huge hairy spiders, gathered together in a devious plot to stop the Queen from doing her laundry that day. Maybe forever.

Unsure of what to do, the Queen could only wish the King were home to kill them for her. Or at the very least lock them up in prison for treason!

A very handsome soldier by the name of Captain Jake offered to investigate. Upon seeing the spiders he sicked his Superkitty on them. Superkitty relished the idea of a hunt and started stalking the juiciest one.

The queen in a hurry to see the spiders dead offered Captain Jake a very large reward of a toonie per spider killed. Captain Jake seeing the possibility of candy he could buy with the reward ran to accomplish this task.

To the Queen's relief he killed the biggest hairiest spider first. Without their fearless leader the spiders tried to flee. But Superkitty chased one and Captain Jake had the other one killed in no time!

They fought a valiant battle. Two of the big spiders were now dead, and the last and final soldier of the evil army was currently being tortured by Superkitty. Captain Jake wanted to claim the 3rd spider for his own, but he was leary of Superkitty's claws. Captain Jake decided it was wise to leave that one and came to claim his reward of two toonies, letting Superkitty claim the last one.

The Queen bestowed upon him a shower of kisses and an eternity of gratitude. She searched her purse for the 2 toonies he'd earned. And at last drew out a $5 dollar bill. The Queen had no smaller change but felt the extra money was certainly well deserved.

Although she knows that the spiders are gone, the Queen is reluctant to do laundry today. She will use the all too close memory of the plot against her as an excuse not to do it today.

Says a Queen to a Queen, "living in that house, you shall so be broke and have no loonies to pay your fine Captain Jake with"
Glad to see that we have such fine stock in this royal family, ha ha
