The trip to Pembroke

Well the trip to Pembroke was great! We left on Saturday morning. Jake and I stopped to pick Mona up at her Ultimate Tournament. We went back to Mona's apartment and visited with her roomate Tanya for a bit. Jake, Mona and I then traveled to Renfrew to see Jake's Great-grandparents. We didn't have much time to stop just an hour or two.

We got to Pembroke in time for dinner. We had a nice fire in the evening, Jake was a little cranky and even though Jake slept more than usual in the car he slept very well on Saturday night.

Sunday morning Jake and I went to watch Aunt Jessica play in a soccer tournament. But not of course without yummy pancakes and a full belly. The Pershick clan then met at the Roberts place for a great lunch. It's always fun in Pembroke.
